We are independent, we disclose every affiliate relationship, and we are clear about what we are — and are not.

1. Evidence First

Every assessment starts with the peer-reviewed research and the manufacturer's disclosed formulation. We name the studies we rely on so you can read them yourself. Where the evidence is thin, mixed, or absent, we say so plainly rather than filling the gap with marketing language.
